Hand Safety Protection
When working near energized lines or equipment, hand safety protection is extremely important for it provides the first line of defense in personal protection. We offer different classes of gloves, based on what level of voltage you will be exposed to. Proper fit of gloves is important to minimize chafing and fatigue. The sizing chart provided will assist in determining which size you are looking for. All gloves are clearly and permanently marked with a label identifying manufacturer, appropriate ANSI/ASTM number, type, class and size. Glove accessories such as glove protectors, bags, inflators and liners are extremely useful items to assist with ultimate hand protection. Our wide range of rubber insulating gloves are available individually or as a kit, and provide protection from accidental contact with charged systems while working.
Determining your glove size
Hold your hand flat with fingers together and thumb extended as shown. Measure
the circumference around your knuckles to the nearest 1/2" then add a 1/2" more
for dexterity...and that is your glove size.
